Safety First

Attention Mom and Dad! Don't forget parental supervision is required AT ALL TIMES. Read the product manual guide carefully and use the safety features. All riders must wear proper protective gears at all times. 

      GENERAL SHIPPING

      Once you place an order with us and the product is in stock, it will leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Your item may ship out immediately but it may take longer to receive your tracking number. Please note that shipping days do not include the order day, weekends, nor holidays. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as the information becomes available to us. Generally we will ship all orders via UPS or Fedex but we reserve the right to use any carrier.

      In the chance your product is out of stock, one of our customer service associates will be contacting you immediately via phone or email to discuss further options.

      RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

      Should the items arrive damaged or if you want to return your items, simply follow the instructions outlined below on this page. Items may be returned to us in new and unused condition and original packaging within 7 days (restocking fee of 20% will apply). 

      Please note that we may charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons and we reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured."

      Once products are received back at our facility and inspected, returns will be refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling as long as no damage has taken place. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. 

      All customers must inspect the condition of the product upon arrival and report any problems within 7 days from receiving the product. We cannot accept returns of products more than 7 days after you have received the order.

      All items must be in the original packaging, same condition that you received, and unused to be eligible for a return. Used products will not be eligible for returns and can only be serviced under warranty.

      DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS: 

      KidCarShop will ship out free replacement parts if any shipping damage occurs or products arrive with missing/defective parts. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of parts if they are not shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. Should the item be majorly damaged beyond warranty repair, KidCarShop will offer a return for a full refund. If damage is not reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges.

      NOTE: AFTER 7 DAYS, KIDCARSHOP CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS

       In order to return an item, please follow the below instructions:

        1. You MUST contact us to get an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.
        2. Package MUST be unused and placed back in its original packaging.
        3. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.
        4. You MUST write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping cartonNOT on the product package.
        5. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured."

      We sell exclusively online at kidcarshop.com therefore we do not have a traditional retail store or showroom. This allows us to avoid costly markups to cover retail or showrooms expenses like our competitors. No rent. No salesmen. No wasted overhead.       KidCarShop compares prices to other online prices on a regular basis to make sure that we are giving you a great deal. If you find the same product available for a better price on another website, email us within 7 days of purchase at support@kidcarshop.com with the following details:

      • Competitor's price (including shipping, processing, handling, taxes, and any other applicable fees)

      Price Assurance Terms & Conditions ("Terms")

      The competitor's product must be the identical model from an authorized U.S. dealer. Specifically, the product must have the same U.S. manufacturer's warranty, model number, contain the same components, and must be brand new (not refurbished). Competitor's product must be in stock. We reserve the right to verify another online company's product availability and price before issuing a price match or refund. We do not price-match on products listed on auction websites or member-only websites (such as sites that require a periodic membership fee).

      The terms do not apply to obvious pricing errors or clearance or close-out items (since they are one-of-a-kind and priced according to their condition). The Guaranteed Low Price applies to the TOTAL cost to purchase and deliver the item, including shipping, processing, handling, taxes, and other applicable fees.

      The terms apply to products offered online via e-commerce websites. It does not apply to private party sales or products sold at "brick-and-mortar" stores. We reserve the right to refuse an order on which we would incur a loss.         Fun ride-on truck

        My son loves his new monster truck he's always been playing with the mini hot wheels and now he gets to drive one! He's getting used to steering the wheel and driving it manually around the block and in our backyard. I definitely recommend this one!

        Beast of a Toy

        Got this as a gift for our 4 year old son. He loves driving it in our backyard it's very sturdy for a kid's toy car. You have to charge it for a long time but once it's charged up, it is ready to go!
