Stickers may or may not be included depending on availability. Cars have a plastic body, and minor blemishes in the plastic or chrome parts may occur during the shipping process; this is normal. Customers are expected to communicate with our technical support team immediately if a product was received significantly damaged with photos sent to our support staff.

    Safety First

    Attention Mom and Dad! Don't forget parental supervision is required AT ALL TIMES. Read the product manual guide carefully and use the safety features such as seatbelts and the parental override remote control.

    Using the Parental Remote Control

    Most of KidCarShop products come with a parental remote control which allows you to drive your child around with the remote controller. Make sure your child gets used to the car, steering wheel, and foot pedal before they ride on their own under supervision.

    GENERAL SHIPPING

    Once you place an order with us and the product is in stock, it will leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Your item may ship out immediately but it may take longer to receive your tracking number. Please note that shipping days do not include the order day, weekends, nor holidays. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as the information becomes available to us. Generally we will ship all orders via UPS or Fedex but we reserve the right to use any carrier.

    In the chance your product is out of stock, one of our customer service associates will be contacting you immediately via phone or email to discuss further options.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Should the items arrive damaged or if you want to return your items, simply follow the instructions outlined below on this page. Items may be returned to us in new and unused condition and original packaging within 7 days (restocking fee of 20% will apply). 

    Please note that we may charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons and we reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to us freight prepaid. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured."

    Once products are received back at our facility and inspected, returns will be refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling as long as no damage has taken place. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. 

    All customers must inspect the condition of the product upon arrival and report any problems within 7 days from receiving the product. We cannot accept returns of products more than 7 days after you have received the order.

    All items must be in the original packaging, same condition that you received, and unused to be eligible for a return. Used products will not be eligible for returns and can only be serviced under warranty.

    DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS: 

    Customers must email support@kidcarshop.com with photos/videos of any damages immediately upon receiving the item. Once the email with images/videos are submitted and approved, KidCarShop will ship out free replacement parts if the missing/defective parts are available. Customers are responsible for the shipping charges of parts if they are not shipping within the 48 contiguous states. Customers are responsible for replacing these parts. If damages are not reported to us within 7 days of receiving the item, the shipping companies will not honor the damage claim and the customer will be responsible for the shipping charges and related damage fees. 

    LOST ITEMS: 

    KidCarShop will not be liable for lost packages marked as "completed" deliveries via FedEx/UPS. Deliveries marked as "completed" with proof of deliveries will be counted as final. We reserve the right to obtain proof of delivery and file a trace case to investigate orders that are marked as "delivered". All customers must submit a lost package report with your local police department and provide the lost report to us in order to conduct a lost case investigation with our carrier partners. All decisions will be based on police lost report investigation and FedEx/UPS investigation results. 

    You must email support@kidcarshop.com including your order number, tracking number, and attach the lost package report from your police department. Customers must file a lost package report with the police immediately if packages are marked "completed" but not delivered. We must receive the police report first, if customers cannot provide the report we cannot file a lost case investigation. We cannot ship replacement orders for lost packages until we these steps are completed and verified. 

     

    NON-ACCEPTABLE RETURNS:
     
    Customers must review the product dimensions prior to purchasing the product.
    - Size does not fit. 
    - Color does not match 100% with photos.
    - Design is not to expectation. 
     

    NOTE: AFTER 7 DAYS, KIDCARSHOP CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS

     In order to return an item, please follow the below instructions:

      1. You MUST contact us to get an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.
      2. Package MUST be unused and placed back in its original packaging.
      3. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.
      4. You MUST write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping cartonNOT on the product package.
      5. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured."
