All parents are fully responsible for his or her child’s safety and supervision is required at all times. KidCarShop is not liable for the safety of the children, all parents must decide whether to allow his or her child to operate ride on car toys based on the child’s maturity, ability, skill, and health condition prior to riding the vehicle.  To prevent injuries, parental supervision is required at all times.

For the safety of the children, protective gear must be used while operating all ride on cars, motorcycles, bicycles, and/or scooters.
