[Important Notice] - PLEASE READ: 

DO NOT overcharge your vehicle. DO NOT leave the charger on more than the suggested charging time on the product manual. The warranty cannot cover overcharging the battery / wall charger. It's also very dangerous to charge over the recommended time.

    ORDERING ONLINE

    I'm not sure which ride-on car will be suitable for my child. Can you advise?

    Picking the appropriate ride-on car for your child is relatively simple as most of our cars fit children from ages 3-6 years old. General rule of thumb if your child is under age 2 we recommend a 6v car. 12v ride-on cars are most appropriate for kids 3-6 and 24v/36v are appropriate for kids above 7+.

    Give us a call or email us more details and tell us more about your requirements and we'll recommend the best products (in accordance with your budget).

    Do you have a physical storefront or warehouse where I can come pick up my order?

    No. We do not allow our customers to pick up orders from our warehouses. All of our orders are shipped out directly to you which is what allows us to avoid the costly markups needed to cover expensive retail showroom costs and keep our prices as low as possible. 

    Are you an authorized dealer?

    Yes, we are an authorized dealer. KidCarShop is authorized to sell kids ride on car products on our website. This means that you receive the manufacturer warranty when you purchase from KidCarShop.com.

    Can I purchase parts from KidCarShop if my car was purchased elsewhere?

    Unfortunately we only offer warrantied parts for our customers only, you must have purchased the products with us to be able to purchase parts. Please contact customer service and email us anytime at support@kidcarshop.com so we can better assist you.

    How will I know if my order has been processed?

    After your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. In the case that you don't immediately receive an order confirmation email, please email or call us. 

    Do you take large orders?

    We accept bulk and large orders but we recommend that you call us first so we can offer you our special pricing and make sure we have the right amount of products in our inventory. If we don't, we can provide you with an updated expected time of delivery and get you taken care of right away. 

    Do you offer bulk pricing?

    Yes. We offer special pricing for larger orders - simply call us or email us at support@kidcarshop.com to talk to one of our specialists. 

    Can your Ride-On cars handle rain and water?

    No, we strictly advise to avoid water and rain as these plastic toys are made with electronic components, damage will occur to the components and the  but you should not have direct contact with rain or water as it will damage the vehicle. Store the vehicle in a dry area like inside the garage or closet space when it's not being used. Do not wash the ride-on car with a spray or power washer as this could damage the vehicle. You may hand wash the vehicle with a washcloth or sponge but be careful not to get the dashboard and electronic parts wet, always keep the electronic components dry and never drive in the rain. 

    SHIPPING QUESTIONS 

    How long will it usually take to receive my shipment?

    We ship out your order within 1-3 business days from either our west coast or east coast warehouse, in most cases we ship them our immediately. Please note that shipping days do not include the Order Day, weekends, nor holidays. If we encounter stock issues with your order, someone from our Customer Support team will reach out to you immediately.

    The average shipping time usually takes 2-8 business days depending on the location of delivery amongst the accepted 48 states (Ex. Alaska & Hawaii). 

    I'm not in the USA. Can you ship the kids cars to my country?

    Unfortunately we do not accept international orders at this time. 

    How are the kids cars shipped?

    KidCarShop products arrive in a box un-assembled. Please follow the assembly instructions.

    Will I receive a tracking number?

    You will receive a tracking code as soon as the package has been shipped.

    PAYMENTS

    What payment options do you support?

    We accept all major credit cards and PayPal payments. 

    How do I know that my purchase is secured online?

    We take customer privacy and security very seriously. We utilize the latest Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption protocol. This protects our customer information such as credit card numbers, names, and addresses during the exchange between your computer and our server.

    All of our customers’ credit card transactions are processed through the SSL secure server.

    Do I have to pay for Sales Tax?

    Sales tax will be applied if you live in California, Wisconsin, or Missouri.

    RETURNS

    Am I eligible for returns?

    Yes, the product must be in its unused and original packaging. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order, and we'll help you with your return.

    How can I return a product/order?

    Please Read: AFTER 10 DAYS, KIDCARSHOP CANNOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

     In order to return an item, please follow the below instructions:

      1. You MUST contact us to get an RMA (Return merchandise authorization) Number and return instructions PRIOR to returning the item.
      2. Package MUST be unused and placed back in its original packaging.
      3. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely.
      4. You MUST write the RA# issued by Customer Service clearly on the outside of the shipping cartonNOT on the product package.
      5. We suggest that you use UPS Ground Service "Insured."

    Is there a time limit for returns?

    After 10 days, KidCarShop cannot accept returns.

    Does the return cost anything?

    Returns are refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping & handling.

    Is there a restocking fee?

    Yes, a restocking fee of 20% will apply depending on the product purchased.

    When will I be refunded?

    As soon as we receive the product, we will inspect it and then send the refund within 7 days. 

    ASSEMBLY

    Can I use the car right away upon receiving it? 
    Most of KidCarShop cars are shipped partially charged. Once you have completed assembling the car and you've tested/inspected all the parts, then charge it for the recommended period as instructed in the manual prior to your first time use. DO NOT overcharge the battery as this may shorten the battery life. The ideal charge times are 6-12 hours, if you go beyond 18 hours, this could damage the battery life.
     
    The car/bike is assembled but it's not turning on? 
    Ensure that you have connected the battery according to the instructions in the Manual Guide. Either connect the connector to the battery or match the wires to their corresponding color (red with red, this will depend on the product). 
    Note that ride-on cars may not operate if the chargers are still hooked in, ensure that you have tested the car prior to charging. If the car turns on then proceed and continue to charge. 
     

    Safety First - Please Read

    Don't forget - to prevent injuries, parental supervision is required AT ALL TIMES. Read the product manual guide carefully and use the safety features such as seatbelts and the parental override remote control. Parents are fully responsible for his or her child’s safety and supervision is required at all times. KidCarShop is not liable for the safety of the children, all parents must decide whether to allow his or her child to operate ride on car toys based on the child’s maturity, ability, skill, and health condition prior to riding the vehicle.
