Using the Parental Remote Control
Most of KidCarShop products come with a parental remote control which allows you to drive your child around with the remote controller. Make sure your child gets used to the car, steering wheel, and foot pedal before they ride on their own under supervision.

Once you place an order with us, you acknowledge and accept our shipping & return policy as stated below.
If the product is in stock, it will leave the warehouse within 1-3 business days. Your item may ship out immediately but it may take longer to receive your tracking number. Please note that shipping days do not include the order day, weekends, nor holidays. Delivery times will vary between 5-14 days depending your location. Tracking numbers will be sent you via email as soon as the information becomes available to us. Generally we will ship all orders via UPS or Fedex but we reserve the right to use any carrier. Customers must save the packaging box in case a return is to be processed (not all products are eligible for returns, only select items are eligible you must contact our support team), KidCarShop does not provide boxes (available at local Home Depot stores).
In the chance your product is out of stock, one of our customer service associates will be contacting you immediately via email to discuss further options, you must include the correct email address so that we can contact you.
By placing an order on our website and adhering to the 'Agree to Terms' checkbox at checkout, you agree to receive email and text notifications with the number you provide us regarding your order confirmation, shipping address verification, and any other relevant notifications to ensure proper delivery of your order.
Customers are liable for inputting correct shipping address in the order form and will be liable for the replacement costs in the case the address was input incorrectly. Please double-check to ensure that you have listed the appropriate address in the shipping address section.
Not all items are eligible for returns, buyers must contact our support team PRIOR to purchasing the item to see if the item is eligible for returns. Should the items arrive damaged, follow the instructions outlined below on this page. Only eligible products may be returned to us in new and unused condition and original packaging within 7 days if it is an item that is eligible for a return, customers must email us with the order number (restocking fee of 20% will apply for eligible return items) - do not ship any products back until you receive the RMA number and email instructions.
Please note that we may charge you for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons and we reserve the right to refuse any such returns. Any merchandise returned to us unauthorized will be refused. Please verify with our support team first at firstname.lastname@example.org.
For products eligible for returns only: Once products are received back at our facility and inspected, eligible returns will be refunded in the original payment form, minus shipping and handling as long as no damage has taken place. Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, place the product pieces back in its original form (as best you can), and tape the box securely (if you have discarded the original box, you can use any box available from your local store like Home Depot and find a box (make sure to cut it in the required dimensions, ask our support rep - size must be in the right dimension for Fedex/UPS to deliver). We must provide exact dimensions of the box to create FedEx and UPS labels.
All customers must inspect the condition of the product upon arrival and report any problems within 7 days from receiving the product. We cannot accept returns of eligible products more than 7 days after you have received the order.
All items must be in the original packaging, same condition that you received, and unused to be eligible for a return. Used products will not be eligible for returns and can only be serviced under warranty. Customers are liable for dropping off the package to the nearest UPS/FedEx location.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied back to the form of payment used either PayPal or original method of payment within 7 business days.
DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE ITEMS:
Customers must email email@example.com with the order number and photos/videos of any damages immediately upon receiving the item. DO NOT start assembling the parts until you share the photos with our support team. Once you have sent us an email with images/videos we will verify the parts needed for replacement and ship out the replacement parts based on the missing/defective parts, depending on availability (some parts may require a separate special order). Customers are responsible for installing these parts, our support team is available to guide you through the assembly process via phone or email.
KidCarShop will not be liable for lost packages marked as "completed" deliveries via FedEx/UPS. Deliveries marked as "completed" with proof of deliveries will be counted as final. We reserve the right to obtain proof of delivery and file a trace case to investigate orders that are marked as "delivered". All customers must submit a lost package report with your local police department and provide the lost report to us in order to conduct a lost case investigation with our carrier partners. All decisions will be based on police lost report investigation and FedEx/UPS investigation results, we will not issue refunds or replacements for packages with a proof of delivery confirmation.

Customers must file a lost package report with the police immediately if delivery is marked "completed" but not delivered. We must receive a copy of the lost report with the official stamp from your local police department, if customers cannot provide the official report within 5 days of delivery confirmation we cannot file a lost case investigation and we cannot ship replacements for lost packages until we file a lost claim with the carriers with the verified lost report within the 5 day period.
In order to cancel an order that has already been placed, you must notify us IMMEDIATELY on the same-day you placed the order before 5pm Eastern Time to cancel an order. Order cancellations will not be accepted after this cut-off time.

Worth it! This was for my sons 4th birthday, and we wanted to get him a car to ride in as its his first ride on! We saw this one that used a remote control, most importantly he loves these trucks he been playing with the little hot wheels for so long and he finally able to drive one now! He absolutely loved it and it was the best present!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It’s so fun, the remote works, and it’s so easy to put together!
Overall, this is the coolest little car ever. My son loves to ride this all over the house and in our yard and it works fine in both. Definitely something my child enjoys so I’m happy with the product for the price. He enjoys the car along with her cousins and fits 2 riders which is nice. I expect this product to last a long time as I charge it periodically and take care of it. It’s been roughly one month and no signs of damages or anything funky.
I bought this for my daughter and it’s by far her favorite toy to date. About 3 weeks after purchasing, the remote control stopped working so I contacted the company to see about a replacement. They sent me instructions on how to reset with within 24 hours of my request. I was upset that it wasn’t working being so new, but very pleased with their customer service response. They also offered to replace the remote control of their troubleshooting didn’t work, which I appreciated, highly recommend this car and this company!!
This car is so amazing and my son is enjoying his new car. It got delivered to me on time however the box was damaged. It was easy to put together , easy to charge and very easy for my son to control the music , gear shift , lights , petal and steering wheel. Got all the bells and whistles and when I see him riding in it , I get so happy and smile so much . Thank you all for great service and helping me get the perfect gift for my son!!
We searched for so many rides but this is the model that my son wanted most! First off, the delivery date was set for anywhere between end of March to beginning of April. It was a very pleasant surprise when it arrived 5 days after ordering. Secondly, the assembly was easier than we though It took my husband and i 30 minutes from unwrapping the box and putting the car together. The car is sturdy and very well designed. Most importantly my son is absolutely loving his new car!!
